Include your App Store account region, app version, and a screenshot of the purchase dialog or error.
WishTune currently uses one-time In-App Purchases for premium features shown inside the app. These are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
If the price shows as unavailable or keeps loading, please tell us whether you are using TestFlight, Sandbox, or App Store production.
Tell us the exact step that failed: blessing text, AI image, song generation, quick song video, or customized song video.
Please include the selected occasion, language, tone, and any visible error message.
AI features may fail because of network conditions, provider availability, safety filtering, or unsupported prompt content.
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, selected mode, and whether the issue happened during preview, rendering, saving, or sharing.
For greeting videos, please mention whether you used template images, uploaded images, or AI images.
For song videos, please mention whether you used a quick video or a customized video, and whether you changed lyric highlight color, cover, or ending settings.
Check microphone, photo library, and Files permissions in iOS Settings if recording, upload, preview, or export fails.
Please tell us whether you used a recorded voice message, built-in music, uploaded BGM, or generated song audio.
If MP3 or video download is involved, also tell us whether the Save to Files sheet appeared and whether the file was saved successfully.
The ending page uses your Profile avatar when available; otherwise it uses the default WishTune logo.
If uploaded images appear rotated, cropped, stretched, or placed differently in preview and export, please include a screenshot or short screen recording.
If the issue is related to cover page, body page, end page, polaroid frame, or lyric text layout, please mention the exact page.
WishTune may show visual differences between live preview and final export if device resources are low or if native video composition fails partway through.
If this happens, send us both the preview screenshot and the exported result if available.
WishTune can share or save generated content using the iOS share sheet and Save to Files.
If sharing, MP3 saving, or video saving does not work, tell us which button you tapped and what happened next.
WishTune does not require a normal account signup flow for basic use, and most creations are handled locally on device with selective AI processing when requested.
