WishTune Privacy Policy

WishTune is designed to let you create blessing cards and blessing videos without creating an account and without us building a profile about you. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not maintain a user database of your personal content.

1. What We Collect

We do not collect or store personal user data on our own servers as part of normal app use. Your card content, names, text, voice recordings, selected photos, background music, and generated files are intended to remain on your device unless you choose an action that requires external processing.

2. Local-Only Content

Projects, card settings, photos, recordings, generated previews, and exported files are stored locally on your device or in temporary app storage so the app can work properly. We do not remotely back up this local content for you.

3. When Data Leaves Your Device

Data may leave your device only in the limited situations below:

• AI features: if you choose AI text or AI image generation, the prompt content needed for that request is sent for processing so a result can be returned to the app.
• In-App Purchase: Apple processes payment and purchase validation for premium features.
• Sharing: when you choose to share a file, the file is sent through the sharing method or app you selected.
• Support email: if you email us, we receive the information you include in that email.

4. AI Processing

When you actively use AI features, the app sends only the content necessary to generate the requested result, such as occasion, names, blessing text, and style settings. We do not use this content to build marketing profiles or advertising audiences. If you do not use AI features, this processing does not occur.

5. Payments

Premium purchases are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status or transaction information needed to unlock or restore premium access.

6. No Advertising or Sale of Data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to track you across apps or websites.

7. Data Retention

Because most content stays on your device, you control how long it remains there. You can delete local files, saved projects, recordings, and exports at any time from your device or by uninstalling the app. If you send a support email, we may keep that correspondence as needed to respond to you.

8. Your Choices

• You can use the app without creating an account.
• You can choose not to use AI features.
• You can choose not to record voice or upload photos.
• You can choose whether or not to save or share generated files.

9. Children’s Privacy

WishTune is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support email or another direct contact method, please contact us and we will address it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
