Common Topics

1) How the Daily Question Works

Kinly shows one question for the current calendar day and selected language.
Your draft saves on your device while you type.
Submit one answer to unlock today's community answers.
A submitted answer is checked for safety before it can appear publicly.

2) Why My Answer Is Pending or Not Published

Pending or in review: the safety check could not confidently publish it yet.
Not published: the answer did not meet community safety rules.
Keep answers respectful and under 300 characters. Do not include links, phone numbers, addresses, or identifying details.

3) World and Today's Answers

After your answer is published, World shows today's available answers and country-level activity.
Tap a map marker or country filter to narrow the list.
Kinly uses only the country selected in Profile. It does not use GPS or show precise location.

4) Me Too, Hide, and Report

Tap the heart to add or remove a “Me too” reaction.
Use an answer's menu to hide it from your device or report content that is unsafe, abusive, spam, or contains personal information.
Reporting also hides that answer locally.

5) My Days and Sharing

My Days is your on-device history of submitted answers.
Share opens the standard iOS share sheet. Kinly does not send anything until you select a destination.
Kinly does not know who received your shared content.

6) Language, Country, and Theme

Change language and country from Profile.
Changing language reloads the daily question in that language when available.
Theme colour changes Kinly's headings, navigation, buttons, filters, and map markers. Your selection is saved on your device.

7) Offline or Refresh Problems

Check your internet connection, then pull down on the community feed to refresh.
Kinly may show cached questions, answers, or your saved draft while offline.
If the session has expired, fully close and reopen Kinly.

8) Delete Kinly Data

Open Profile and choose Delete Kinly data. Kinly will request removal of your anonymous account data, clear local Kinly data, and invalidate the current session. This action cannot be undone.

Community Guidelines

Be respectful. Do not threaten, harass, manipulate, impersonate, or target another person.
Do not post hate, sexual content, violent threats, self-harm encouragement, spam, or illegal content.
Do not publish private or identifying information about yourself or anyone else.
Use Report when content breaks these guidelines.

What happened, what you expected, and any error message.
A screenshot, provided it does not contain private information.
