Dueora helps you scan bills, receipts, warranties, IDs and other documents, find important dates, and get reminded before they are due or expire. Need help? Contact us at maxadlaistudio@gmail.com.

Common Topics

1) Scanning Documents

• Use the plus button to take photos, choose one or more photos, say a due item, or upload files/PDFs.
• A single AI request can include up to 6 selected photos or PDF pages.
• When you use AI scanning, the selected images or PDF pages are sent to OpenAI for AI-assisted extraction.
• When you use Say Due Item, your spoken words are first converted to text on the device, then the transcript is sent to OpenAI to structure one reminder.
• For PDFs with multiple pages, Dueora asks you to choose which pages to scan.
• After AI extraction, review every field against the original document before saving.
• If Dueora cannot find a due date or expiry date, enter the date manually before saving.

2) Supported Items

• Bills, receipts, warranties, subscriptions, renewals, return windows, IDs, registrations, insurance documents and more.
• You can also add items manually and attach photos, screenshots, PDFs or other files.
• Categories can be selected or customized when editing an item.

3) Reminders and Notifications

• Enable notifications in iOS Settings so Dueora can deliver reminder alerts.
• If a reminder date would be in the past, Dueora automatically adjusts it to the due date.
• If alerts do not appear, check iOS notification permission, Focus mode, Do Not Disturb and device time settings.

4) Calendar, Sharing and Attachments

• You can add saved items to iPhone Calendar from the detail page.
• You can share reminder details using the iOS Share Sheet.
• Attachments stay on your device as local files unless you choose to share or export them.

5) Backup and Restore

• Dueora supports JSON backup export through the iOS Share Sheet.
• You can import a Dueora JSON backup from this device.
• Import checks for likely duplicates and lets you merge or replace after confirmation.

6) Dueora Pro Subscription

• Dueora Pro is a yearly subscription for AI-powered scanning.
• The App Store product ID is dueora_pro.
• Pricing, storefront currency, renewal timing and billing are handled by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet.
• Dueora Pro includes up to 500 AI actions per subscription period. Each selected photo, each selected PDF page, and each voice due item counts as one AI action.
• Tap Restore to recover an active subscription purchased with the same Apple ID.
• Manage or cancel your subscription from Apple account subscription settings.

7) AI Accuracy

• AI extraction can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misread.
• You must review the original document and confirm due dates, expiry dates, account numbers, amounts, notes, and reminders before saving or acting on them.
• Dueora is a reminder tool only. You remain responsible for tracking bills, renewals, warranties, expiry dates, deadlines, and other obligations.
• Do not rely solely on Dueora or AI output for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
