Dueora is developed by MAX AI Studio. Dueora is designed to help you capture important dates from documents and manage reminders with a local-first approach.

Data We Store

Saved items, important dates, categories, notes, reminder settings, confirmation timestamps, and attachment references are stored locally on your device using an app database. Attachments such as photos and PDFs remain as local files unless you choose to share, export, or submit them for AI processing.

AI Scanning

When you start AI-powered scanning or voice entry, Dueora may securely send the selected photos, screenshots, PDF page images, document content, voice transcript, filename, and related metadata to OpenAI to extract dates and structured fields.

• For multi-page PDFs, Dueora asks you to choose which pages to scan and sends only those selected pages.
• A single AI request can include up to 6 selected photos or PDF pages.
• For voice entry, speech is converted to text on the device before the transcript is sent for AI-assisted structuring.
• AI results can be wrong, incomplete, or misread.
• You must review the original document and confirm every date, amount, account number, and reminder before saving.
• Do not upload documents you are not comfortable sending to OpenAI for AI-assisted processing.

Subscription and Billing

• Dueora Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription for AI-powered scanning and voice entry.
• The App Store product ID is dueora_pro.
• Dueora Pro includes up to 500 AI actions per subscription period. Each selected photo, each selected PDF page, and each voice due item counts as one AI action.
• Pricing, currency, billing, renewal, restore, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
• Dueora checks purchase status to enable subscription access and track scan limits.

Permissions

• Camera: to take photos of bills, receipts and documents.
• Microphone and Speech Recognition: to turn spoken due item descriptions into text.
• Photos/Files: to import images, screenshots, PDFs and attachments.
• Notifications: to deliver due date and expiry reminders.
• Calendar (optional): when you choose to add a saved item to iPhone Calendar.

Backup, Import and Sharing

Dueora can export your saved data as a JSON backup through the iOS Share Sheet. You can also import a Dueora JSON backup from your device. When you share a reminder or backup, the destination app receives the content you choose to share.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete items, delete backups, or uninstall the app. Subscription and purchase records may be retained as needed for access, billing support, quota tracking, and legal compliance.

Accuracy and Safety Disclaimer

Dueora is a reminder tool only. AI extraction can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing the original document, confirming important dates and details, and tracking your own bills, renewals, warranties, expiry dates, deadlines, and other obligations. Do not rely solely on Dueora or AI output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.

Children's Privacy

Dueora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
